RESOLUTION NO. 32-89
EMERGENCY APPROPRIATION ® NOTICE OF HEARING
WHEREAS, by reason of conditions which could not be reasonably foreseen at
the time of making the budget for the year 1989, it is necessary to make provision
for emergency appropriations to the budget as required by RCW 36.40.140, to meet
an outstanding obligation for the Current Expense Budget in the following
department:
Probation Services ® Community Service Volunteer Coordinator Program $13,870
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Mason County Commissioners
will hold a public hearing in their chambers, Courthouse Annex II, 411 North Fifth
Street, Shelton, Washington, on Tuesday, April 11, 1989, at the hour of 10:15
a.m., to consider an emergency appropriation to the budget for the Current Expense
Fund in the estimated amount of $13,870.00 for the above -mentioned purposes.
PASSED this 21st day of March.
