BUDGET TRANSFER - DISTRICT COURT
WHEREAS, a request has been received from the District Court office for
a transfer of funds; and
WHEREAS, there are funds available within the District Court budget to
accommodate said transfers;
and,
WHEREAS, the request appears to be reasonable and necessary;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Board of Mason
County Commissioners that the following amount(s) be transferred:
From 1000.41.0030 (Jurors) $1,200.00
To 1000.10.0050 (Clerk P/T) $1,200.00
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mason County Auditor be
authorized to make the necessary transfer entries on the ledger cards affecting the District
Court budget.
