END -OF -THE -YEAR
1990 BUDGET LINE ITEM 'TRANSFERS
WHEREAS, it is sometimes necessary for the Mason County Auditor to make end
of the year budget line item transfers to avoid deficit budget line items within department
budgets;
NOW BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Board of Mason County Commissioners
that the Mason County Auditor shall be authorized to make any necessary budget line item
transfer(s) within any Mason County Department budget to fund authorized expenditures
at the end of 1990.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that no budget transfer is authorized from salary
or benefit budget line items to fund other operating expenditures without prior approval of
the Board of Mason County Commissioners as specified in Resolution 98-88.
