1990 BUDGET
SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION BUDGET - NOTICE OF HE ING
WHEREAS, by reason of conditions which could not be foreseen at the time of
making the budget for the year 1990, it is necessary to make provision for supplemental
appropriations to the budget as required by RCW 36.40.100, due to a grant from the State
of Washington and other miscellaneous revenues (see Exhibit A) for the improvement and
operations of the Mason County Fair.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Mason County Commissioners:
That the 6TH day of November 1990 at the hour of 10:15 a.m., the Board of Mason
Commissioners at Courthouse Building I, Shelton, Washington, be and the same is hereby
fixed as the time and place for a public hearing upon the matter of the supplemental
appropriation to the budget for the Fair Fund, in the estimated amount of $39,086, for the
above -mentioned purposes, and the Clerk of the Board be and hereby is authorized ,
empowered, and directed to cause notice of such hearing to be published as provided by
law.
