A RESOLUTION RELATING TO A CENTENNIAL CLEAN WATER
INTERIM WASTEWATER GRANT APPLICATION AND AGREEMENT FOR
THE HARTSTENE POINTE'S WASTEWATER COLLECTION
FACILITIES.
WHEREAS, Mason County intends to undertake a program of
construction repair to the wastewater collection facilities at.
Hartstene Pointe; and
WHEREAS, the county needs an inflow and infiltration (I/I) pilot
rehabilitation study to complete the analysis required for
the NPDES Permit No, WA - 003837-7 compliance schedule prior to
achieving secondary treatment.; and
WHEREAS, the cost of the construction repair of the wastewater
facilities are eligible for 50% state matching grant funding,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County
Commissioners, that,
1: The Chairman of the Board is duly authorized to sign said
Grant Agreements , Amendments, and other documents relating
to this wastewater facilities grant.
2: The Mason County Public Works Director or his assign be
authorized to sign any Applications for said Grant on
behalf of Mason County.
