TRANSFER
OF
TIDELANDS LEASE AGREEMENT
AMENDS RESOLUTION NO. 25-84
WHEREAS, the Board of Mason County Commissioners received a request for transfer of a
tidelands lease agreement with Neyens Fair Harbor Marina to Vernon & Susan Nelson; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on June 19, 1990 and continued on June 26 & July 3,
1990 for consideration of the transfer of the tideland lease and no objections were received;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Mason County Commissioners
hereby transfers the tidelands lease agreement, Resolution No. 25-84, from Kenneth Neyens to
Vernon and Susan Nelson, P.O. Box L, Grapeview, WA 98546.
