AMENDS RESOLUTION NO. 42-87
VETERANS' ASSISTANCE FUND - IMPREST REVOLVING CHECKING ACCOUNT
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 42-87 was adopted on June 9, 1987 establishing an Imprest
Revolving Checking Account in the amount of three thousand five hundred dollars ($3,500)
for the Veterans' Assistance Fund; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to increase the Imprest Revolving Checking Account to five
thousand dollars to provide adequate funds in between monthly reimbursements;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Resolution No. 42-87 be amended to
increase the Veterans' Assistance Fund Imprest Revolving Checking Account to five thousand
dollars ($5,000.00);
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Treasurer is authorized to take the necessary
funds out of the Veterans' Assistance Fund to increase the account.
