Olympic Court
WHEREAS, on November 26, 1991, the Board of County Commissioners did pass and
approve a Resolution of Intention to establish Olympic Court, a road within the plat of
Lakeland Village, Div. 11-A, as a county maintained road from mile post 0.00 to mile post
0.32;
WHEREAS, after the Notice and Public Hearing, pursuant to law, and after careful
consideration and study of the report submitted by the Mason County Engineer, the Board
of County Commissioners finds that the establishment is a public necessity and practicable;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Board of Mason County
Commissioners, that Olympic Court, as referenced above, be established as a part of the
Mason County Road System, and the Mason County Engineer be directed to proceed with
said establishment.
