BUDGET TRANSFER - SUPERIOR COURT
WHEREAS, a request has been received from the Superior Court for a transfer of
funds necessitated by the increase in the Superior Court Judges salary, and;
WHEREAS, there are funds available within the Superior Court budget to
accomodate said transfer; and
WHEREAS, the request appears to be reasonable and necessary;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Board of Mason County
Commissioners that the following amount(s) be transferred:
Account # 02500
FROM: 10.0020 $1,600
TO: 10.0010 $1,600
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mason County Auditor be authorized to
make the necessary transfer entries affecting the Superior Court.
