BUDGET TRANSFER - DISTRICT COURT
WHEREAS, a request has been received from the District Court for a transfer of
funds because of an increase in the judges salary, and;
WHEREAS, there are funds available within the District Court budget to accomodate
said transfer; and
WHEREAS, the request appears to be reasonable and necessary;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Board of Mason County
Commissioners that the following amount(s) be transferred:

FROM: 10.0030 $2,930
Total $2,930
TO: 10.0010 $2,930
Total $2,930
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mason County Auditor be authorized to
make the necessary transfer entries on the ledger cards affecting the District Court.
