WHEREAS, in the judgement Of the Board Of Mason County Commissioners, Mason
County is in need of additional property for future road related expansion;
and,
WHEREAS, the property was appraised and the sales price of this real estate is
fair and equitable: and,
WHEREAS, Bonnie J. Baldwin, property owner, has signed a letter Of agreement
and executed a Statutory Warranty Deed for the purpose of sale; and,
THEREFORE, it is the recommendation by the Mason COUOtv Engineer that Mason
County purchase the property located OO Highway 3, in the town of Belfair, in
Section 29, Township 23 North, Range l West, W.M. The purchase being
$94,851.25 without the hOUS8.
SUBJECT TO Mason County withholding $4,851'25 to be held as security
until such time the house and foundation are satisfactorily removed
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mason COVDtv Engineer be authorized
to make said purchase.
