Renaming a portion of County Road No. 02750 and 44360
WHEREAS, on November %G, 1991, the Board of County Commissioners did
have prepared and published a Notice of Hearing of their intention to rename
that portion of County Road No. 02750 from mile post 0'00 to mile post 1.13,
existing name, Star Lake Road' Said road is located in Sections 8 and 17,
Township 19 North, Range 5 West, W.M. and, all of County Road No. 44360 from
mile post 0.00 to mile post 0'76, existing name, Boodaport School Bill Road.
Said road is located in Section 12, Township 22 North, Range 4 West, W.M. and,
WHEREAS, said hearing was held on December 10, 1991, and public input
was received; and,
WHEREAS, it appears to be in the beat interest of the citizens of Mason
County to rename Star Lake Road.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Board of Mason County
Commissioners, that the above roads be renamed as follows:

change the County Road Log and erect the necessary signs to enact this
resolution.
