1991 BUDGET
EMERGENCY APPROPRIATION - NOTICE OF HEARING
WHEREAS, by reason of conditions which could not be reasonably foreseen at the
time of making the budget for the year 1991, it is necessary to make provision for emergency
appropriations(s) to the budget as required by RCW 36.40.100, to meet outstanding
obligations of the Current Expense, Consolidated Sewer and Water, Landfill, Health
Services, Water Quality and other related funds.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners:
That the 3rd day of December, 1991, at the hour of 10:15 a.m., the Board of Mason
County Commissioners at Courthouse Building I, 411 North Fifth Street, Shelton,
Washington, be and the same hereby fixed as the time and place for a public hearing upon
the matter of the emergency appropriation(s) to the budget for the above mentioned funds,
in the estimated total amount of $775,000.00, for the above -mentioned purposes. The Clerk
of the Board be and hereby is authorized, empowered, and directed to cause notice of such
hearing to be published as provided by law.
