General Notes These notes are general in nature and do not set out all code requirements. It is the responsibility of the Builder to be familiar with the requirements of the codes All construction to conform to the Uniform Building Code (UBC), local codes, state codes, the Washington State Energy Code, and the Washington State Ventilation Code.
