A RESOLUTION to amend Mason County's deductible amount under Section 2 of
Resolution No. 67-88 from $5,000 to $10,000.
WHEREAS, the Board adopted Resolution No. 67-88 on August 16, 1988 relating to the
Washington Counties Risk Pool; and
WHEREAS, the Board finds it necessary to change the deductible amount which was
established at $5,000,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT Section 2 is amended as follows:
2. The Board of Mason County Commissioners hereby approves the payment of a
refundable deposit to the Pool by September 30, 1988 in the amount of$52,788.15, representing
one-third of the County's first year's premium and reserve amounts. If the County does not
enroll in the Risk Pool then said deposit will be returned to the County and no other payments
will be made. The remainder first year's premium payable in 1989. The Board of Mason
County Commissioners hereby elects to set and retain a deductible amount of $10.000.
