This notice is given per the requirements of the Mason County Resource Ordinance 17.01 .100, Section D(6)(a) for buffer reductions. Notice of application for the reduction of the buffer shall be made as provided in Section 15.07.010 of the Mason County Development Code (which specifies how notice is sent to adjacent property owners and posted on site). A Geotechnical Report was submitted to support the buffer reduction request. The report met the requirements of the Mason County Resource Ordinance 17.01 .100 Landslide Hazard Areas and is approved by the County. Any person desiring to express their views or to be notified of the action taken on the application should mail comments to Ryan Crater, Mason County Dept. of Community Development, PO Box 279, Shelton, WA 98584 or call (360) 427- 9670 ext. 577 with questions regarding this permit application by January 29, 2008. Building permit BLD2007-0176 will be signed off as approved from the Planning Department on January 30, 2008. A decision on the application will be made within 120 days of the date of completeness.
