A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN INTERFUND LOAN FROM CURRENT
EXPENSE TO PERSONAL HEALTH
WHEREAS, the Personal Health (Nursing) Fund receives a portion of its revenue from
reimbursable grants and interlocal revenue; and
WHEREAS,this department(fund) is experiencing a temporary cash flow problem; and
WHEREAS, the Health Services Director will analyze and correct this temporary cash
flow problem during the 1992 budget process; and
WHEREAS, this Personal Health (Nursing) Fund will be able to repay this interfund
loan from its accounts receivable and future revenues;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Mason County Commissioners
that an interfund loan not to exceed $10,000.00 be authorized as follows:
FROM: Current Expense Fund #001

TO: Personal Health (Nursing) Account #13900
TERMS: Amount of loan not to exceed $10,000.00
Loan due 12/31/91
Source of Repayment: Accounts receivable & revenue
Interest rate of 7.25%
PURPOSE: To correct temporary cash flow problem.
APPROVED THIS 17th day of September, 1991.
