No. 67-88 Authorizing Entering into an Agreement with Washington Counties Risk Po p, RESOLUTION NO. 104-91 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF MASON COUNTY COMMISSIONERS AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 67-88 which authorizes and directs the Board of County Commisisoners to enter into an agreement with the Washington Counties Risk Pool. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of the Mason County Commissioners, as follows: "4. As required by the proposed Bylaws of the Pool, the Board of Mason County Ij Commissioners hereby appoints Michael D.Gibson as the County's representative and Christine Freed, Budget Director, as the County's acting alternate representative to the Board of Directors of the Pool, appoints Christine Freed as the acting Risk Manager, and appoints Christine Freed as the acting County Safety Officer. The County's representatives are hereby authorized to exercise the County's voting rights in the Pool pursuant to the terms of the Agreement and Bylaws and to act on behalf of the County with respect to all matters pertaining to the Pool.", is HEREBY AMENDED TO READ: F' 4. As required by the proposed Bylaws of the Pool, the Board of Mason County Commissioners hereby appoints Laura E. Porter as the County's representative and William O. Hunter as the County's acting alternate representative to the Board of Directors of the Pool, appoints Ione Siegler as the acting Risk Manager, and appoints Michael Rutter and John Flynn as the acting County Safety Officers. The County's representatives are hereby authorized to exercise the County's voting rights in the Pool pursuant to the terms of the Agreement and Bylaws and to act on behalf of the County with respect to all matters pertaining to the Pool.
