CAFETERIA PLAN
WHEREAS,the Board of Mason County Commissioners,wishes to adopt a Cafeteria Plan
within the context of Section 125 of the Internal Revenue Code for the benefit of the County's
eligible employees; and
WHEREAS, the Board discussed the proposed plan at the August 27, 1991
Commissioners' meeting.
NOW,THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,that the Board of Commissioners hereby adopts
the Mason County Flexible Benefits Plan (consisting of the Flexible Benefits Plan Document,
the Adoption Agreement, and component Benefit Plans and Policies) effective as of the date
specified in the Adoption Agreement.
