ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY PLANS
MASON LAKE DRIVE SOUTH
COUNTY ROAD PROJECT 1238
WHEREAS, right of way 8CQUiSitiOO prOC8dU7Ss Of M6S0D COVOt« require that
the Board Of County Commissioners approve road design drawings prior to right-Of-
way acquisition; and
WHEREAS, in the past, the road right-of-way plans have been approved by the
Board of [0UDt« [D00iSSiOD87S and executed by the Chairperson Of the Board, in
a 24" X 35" 0y]ar form; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works now has the capability Ofproducing
CO0pVt8r drawings Of the road right-of-way plans in a paper form; and
WHEREAS, for right-0f-wayacquisitions purposes, it is advantageous for the
Board Uf County Commissioners to approve the right-of-way plans; thereby allowing
the Department of Public Works to proceed with right-of-way appraisals and
acquisition.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Mason C0VOtv
Commissioners h8r8hv approve the Road Right-of-Way Plans for the proposed
C0DStruCtiOD UD Mason Lake Drive South (C0UDtv Road NO. 60490) , County Road
Project No. 1236,
