A Resolution relating to a Centennial Clean Water Fund FY-91
Wastewater Grant Application and Agreement for the Hartstene
Pointe's Wastewater Collection Facilities
WHEREAS, Mason County intends to undertake a program of construction repair to
the Wastewater Collection facilities at Hartstene Pointe; and
WHEREAS, the County needs to meet the requirements of NPDES Permit No. WA-003837-
7 for plans and specifications and for construction of a secondary treatment
facility; and
WHEREAS, the cost of the construction repair of the wastewater facilities are
eligible for 50% State matching grant funding.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners, that
1 . The Chairman of the Board is duly authorized to sign said grant
agreements, amendments, and other documents relating to this
Wastewater Facilities Grant, upon approval of the majority of the
Board of County Commissioners.
2. The Mason County Public Works Director, or his assign, is authorized
to sign any application for said Grant on behalf of Mason County.
