Purchase the Timberland Regional Library Building & Property RESOLUTION NO L)1-91 WHEREAS, in the judgement of the Board of Mason County Commissioners, Mason County is in need of additional office space to house county operations; and WHEREAS,the Timberland Regional Library building and property were appraised and the sales price of this real estate is fair and equitable; and WHEREAS, Timberland Regional Library has signed a closing statement, and executed a statutory warranty deed and deed of trust for the purpose of sale of Timberland South Mason Library TOGETHER WITH two 1/14 interests in the water system providing service to Shigley's Home Tracts and other land. TOGETHER WITH an easement for underground water pipe lines across the East 10 feet of Lot 4, Shigley's Home Tracts and the right to construct, repair and maintain said water pipe lines, as disclosed in instrument recorded December 3, 1980, under Auditor's File No. 358485. SUBJECT TO an easement agreement for the benefit of set-back and fire code requirements for Lot 4, Shigley's Home Tracts, as recorded December 3, 1980, under Auditor's File No. 384498 TOGETHER WITH and SUBJECT TO the provisions and conditions of "ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION OF AIRPORT HOME TRACTS WATER ASSOCIATION," recorded November 5, 1957, under Auditor's File No. 171141. SUBJECT TO a utility easement to PUD No. 3 of Mason County, Washington recorded April 10, 1975, Auditor's File No. 298846. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Mason County purchase TOGETHER WITH two 1/14 interests in the water system providing service to Shigley's Home Tracts and other land.
