1991 BUDGET
EMERGENCY APPROPRIATION-NOTICE OF HEARING
WHEREAS, by reason of conditions which could not be reasonably foreseen at the
time of making the budget for the year 1991, it is necessary to make provision for emergency
appropriation(s) to the budget as required by RCW 36.40.100, to meet an outstanding
obligation of the Probation Services Department in the Current Expense Fund for a
computer system.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners:
That the 14th day of June, at the hour of 1:45 p.m., the Board of Mason County
Commissioners at Courthouse Building 1, 411 North Fifth Street, Shelton, Washington, be
and the same is hereby fixed as the time and place for a public hearing upon the matter of
the emergency appropriation(s) to the budget for the Current Expense Fund, and Criminal
Justice Fund in the estimated amount of $15,780 each for the above-mentioned purpose.
The Clerk of the Board be and hereby is authorized, empowered, and directed to cause
notice of such hearing to be published as provided by law.
PASSED this 4th day of June, 1991.
