BUDGET TRANSFER - DISTRICT COURT
WHEREAS, a request has been received from the District Court Department for a
transfer of funds; and
WHEREAS, there are funds available within the District Court budget to accommodate
said transfer; and
WHEREAS, the request appears to be reasonable and necessary;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Mason County Commissioners
that the following amount(s) be transferred:
1000 District Court
FROM 512.40.10 30 $1,000.00
TO 512.40.10.50 $1,000.00
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mason County Auditor be authorized to make
the necessary transfer entries for the accounts affecting the District Court.
