A RESOLUTION RELATING TO AN INTERFUND LOAN FROM CURRENT EXPENSE FUND
TO RSVP FUND.
WHEREAS, Retired Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) will receive grant monies from
ACTION, a Federal agency; and
WHEREAS, RSVP needs interim funding; and
WHEREAS, RSVP will be able to repay this interfund loan from grant revenue.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Mason County Commissioners
that an interf und loan not to exceed $1,500.00 be established as follows:
FROM: Current Expense Fund #001
TO: RSVP Fund #648
TERMS: (a) Amount of loan not to exceed $1,500.00
(b) Duration - 30 days
(c) Source of Repayment: Grant Revenue
(d) Interest rate of 6.5%
PURPOSE: Interim Funding
ADOPTED this 21st day of May, 1991.
