WHEREAS, the Thomas Road, County Road No. 29610 , is classified as a Primitive
Road, as per Resolution No. 62-82, adopted August 2, 1982; and,
WHEREAS, a change has occurred on this road which necessitates it be removed, in its
entirety from the Primitive Road System.
NOW THEREFORE,BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, the Board of County Commissioners
has reviewed the information submitted on this road and found it sufficient reason to remove
said road from the Primitive Road listing.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT said amendment has removed 1.37 miles from the
Primitive Road System.
