A RESOLUTION RELATING TO AN INTERFUND LOAN FROM CURRENT
EXPENSE FUND TO RSVP FUND.
WHEREAS, Retired Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) intends to sponsor a major
revenue producing event ("Fiddlers Fest"); and
WHEREAS, RSVP needs start up funds for this event; and
WHEREAS, RSVP will be able to repay this interfund loan from "Fiddlers Fest"
revenue.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Mason County
Commissioners that an interfund loan not to exceed $2,500.00 be established as follows:
FROM: Current Expense Fund #001
TO: RSVP Fund # 648
TERMS: (a) Amount of loan not to exceed $2,500.00
(b) Duration - 180 days
(c) Source of Repayment: "Fiddlers Fest" revenue
(d) Interest rate of 6.5%
PURPOSE: To sponsor a revenue producing event.
ADOPTED this 5th day of March, 1991.
