CUMULATIVE RESERVE LANDFILL FUND ESTABLISHED
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the Mason County Landfill (Solid Waste) operation
to establish a reserve fund for the accumulation of resources to finance landfill closure costs
and other related needs of the Landfill.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Mason County Commissioners
that Fund Number 128 be established as Cumulative Reserve Landfill to meet the above-
mentioned needs.
The Mason County Treasurer is hereby directed to invest any surplus monies in this
fund for the maximum production of revenue.
