Dear Mr. and Mrs. Lynch:
Mason County received numerous complaints regarding a sign located at the above-mentioned
parcel. A plywood sign hand-painted with "Topless Dancers May Is`"on it was placed in front of
the restaurant on April 1, 2001. Since that time the sign has blown over.
Although no code violations have been identified and we have received no applications, I thought
it might be beneficial to give you some information regarding our Mason County regulations.
Resolution Number 110-00 is a moratorium on sexually oriented businesses in the unincorporated
areas of Mason County. Topless dancing in this area is included in this resolution. I have
enclosed a copy for your review.
I also note that our records indicate that the building has been vacated and closed for business. In
the event that you intend to re-occupy the structure,a Tenant Review Application is required and
needs to be submitted to Mason County. For further information regarding this requirement,
