WHEREAS, RCW 2 .24. 030 designates that the Board of Mason
County Commissioners shall set the salary for the Court
Commissioners appointed by the judges of the superior court®
WHEREAS, the Board of Mason County Commissioners has heard
testimony by James B. Sawyer II, Judge, that the salary of $35. 00
per hour was set by the Board several years ago and should be
increased to $40. 00 per hour®
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the salary for Mason
County Superior Court Commissioners shall be increased from $35. 00
per hour to $40. 00 per hour effective January 1, 1993 .
