INTERFUND LOAN
RESOLUTION RELATING TO AN INTERFUND LOAN FROM CURRENT EXPENSE TO
RSVP (RETIRED SENIOR VOLUNTEER PROGRAM)
WHEREAS, the RSVP Fund needs operating capital until it receives budgeted
revenue from intergovernmental contracts and other sources;
THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Board of Mason County
Commissioners that an interfund loan be approved as follows:
FROM: CURRENT EXPENSE
TO: RSVP
(A) Amount of Loan $10,000
(B) Annual Rate of Interest of 5.5%
(C) Duration one (1) month - loan due 1/15/93
(D) Method of Repayment: REVENUE
PURPOSE: OPERATING CAPITAL FOR RSVP FUND
DATED this 15th day of December, 1993.
