WHEREAS, the Board of Mason County Commissioners needs to
designate an official union negotiator; and
WHEREAS, Marley L. Young, Public Works Director, has
served as the official negotiator on behalf of the Board of County
Commissioners
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board hereby
designates Marley L. Young, Public Works Director, as the official
union negotiator for the County for contract years 1993 and 1994 .
