COMMISSIONERS RESOLUTION NO.: 120-92
COUNTY ROAD PROJECT NO.: 1391
WHEREAS, on Mason County Road No. 02310 known locally as the Plug Mill Road, and more
specifically located in Section 28, Township 19 North, Range 6 West, W.M. M.P. 0.00 to M.P. 0.12 work defined as
"construction" in the BARS Manual, Page II-63, et seq, is determined to be necessary and proper; and,
WHEREAS, this project is identified as# 3 on the officially adopted County Annual Road Program.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS that it is their intention to:
Construct a new, prestressed flat slab bridge 28' wide x 50' long.
Said work is to be performed by contract in accordance with the Washington State Standard Specifications for Road
and Bridge Construction as adopted by Mason County.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the above described County Road Project is necessary and proper, and the estimated costs of
said project are herewith set out as follows:
Preliminary Engineering $ 10,000.00 (WSDOTIHBRRP Funding •- 80%)
Right-of-Way $ 3,000.00
Road Construction S
Bridge Construction 102,000.00 (WSDOTIHBRRP Funding -- 80%)
Engineer's Estimate in detail is on file in the office of the County Engineer.
The County Road Project herein described is HEREBY DECLARED to be a public necessity, and the County Road Engineer is
HEREBY ORDERED AND AUTHORIZED to report and proceed thereon as by law, provided and in accordance with WAG 136-18.
