ROAD JURISDICTION CHANGES
WHEREAS, Mason County and Grays Harbor County have agreed to
transfer road maintenance and addressing responsibility on a
portion of the Matlock Brady Road, County Road No. 90100, from Mile
Post 27. 70 to Mile Post 28 . 02 .
Transferring from Grays Harbor County to Mason County
Addressing responsibility for the west side of Matlock Brady
Road, from Mile Post 27. 70 to Mile Post 27. 81, ending just
south of Schafer Park Road.
Transferring from Mason County to Grays Harbor County
Road maintenance and addressing responsibility on both sides
of the Matlock Brady Road from Mile Post 27. 81 to Mile Post
28 . 02 becomes Middle Satsop Road and adds 0 .21 mile to the end
of Grays Harbor's existing Middle Satsop Road.
WHEREAS, the above listed transfers shall become effective
January 1, 1993 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Mason County
Commissioners, that the west side of the 0 . 11 miles of the Matlock
Brady Road, from Mile Post 27. 70 to Mile Post 27 . 81, be added to
the addressing system and the Planning Director be directed to
proceed with said addressing changes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board of Mason
County Commissioners, that 0 .21 miles of the Matlock Brady Road
(Mile Post 27. 81 to Mile Post 28 . 02) , as referenced above, be
deleted from the Mason County Maintained Road System, and the Mason
County Engineer be directed to proceed with said deletion.
