1992 BUDGET
EMERGENCY APPROPRIATION - NOTICE OF HEARING
WHEREAS, by reason of conditions which could not be reasonably foreseen at the
time of making the budget for the year 1992, it is necessary to establish to make provision
for emergency appropriation(s) to the budget as required by RCW 36.40.140, to meet an
outstanding obligation of the Current Expense Fund to complete a trail in the Hood Canal
Wetlands Project.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners:
That the 20th day of October, 1992, at the hour of 7:45 p.m., the Board of Mason
County Commissioners at Courthouse Building 1, 411 North Fifth Street, Shelton,
Washington, be and the same hereby fixed as the time and place for a public hearing upon
the matter of the emergency appropriation(s) to the budget for the Current Expense Fund,
in the estimated amount of $35,000.00 for the above-mentioned purposes.
The Clerk of the Board be and hereby is authorized, empowered, and directed to
cause notice of such hearing to be published as provided by law.
PASSED this 6th day of October, 1992.
