WHEREAS, the Mason County Department of Public Works will co-
host, with Kitsap County, a "Right of Way" Conference; and,
WHEREAS, there are necessary expenses connected with this
conference; and,
WHEREAS, Mason County Department of Public Works will pay for
the necessary "up front" expenses to host this conference, and the
Department will be reimbursed by the parties attending the
conference.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that a Petty Cash Fund in the
amount of Five Hundred Dollars ($500 . 00) be established for the
Department of Public Works to pay for the necessary "up front"
expenses associated with the "Right-of-Way Conference. "
