COUNTY ROAD CLOSURE
Agate Road - #23910
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to RCW 47 .48 . 010, the
Agate Road, County Road Number 23910, shall be closed to all but
local access traffic from Mile Post 2 . 78 to Mile Post 3 . 78 from
7 : 00 A.M. , Monday, August 3 , 1992, until further notice.
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners
have declared the above described road closure a public necessity
to facilitate the construction of a Low Profile Multi-Plate Arch
Culvert across Campbell Creek as a part of County Road Project
Number 1062 .
THEREFORE, the County Engineer is hereby ordered and
authorized to proceed as prescribed by law.
ADOPTED this 28th day of July, 1992 .
