1992 BUDGET
SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION BUDGET - NOTICE OF HEARING
WHEREAS, by reason of conditions which could not be foreseen at the time of
making the budget for the year 1992, it is necessary to make provision for supplemental
appropriations to the budget as required by RCW 36.40.100, due to a grant from the
the WA State Department of Ecology for hazardous household waste planning.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Mason County Commissioners:

That the 14th day of 1992 at the hour of 10:15 a.m., the Board of Mason
County Commissioners at Courthouse Building 1, Shelton, Washington, be and the same
is hereby fixed as the time and place for a public hearing upon the matter of the
supplemental appropriation to the budget for the Landfill, in the estimated
amount of $140,719.00, for the above-mentioned purposed, and the Clerk of the Board be
and hereby is authorized, empowered, and directed to cause notice hearing to be
published as provided by law.
That the 30th day of June, 1992.
