BEARD'S COVE WATER SYSTEM CUMULATIVE RESERVE FUND ESTABLISHED
Whereas, it is necessary for the Mason County Department of
Community Development, Utilities Division, to establish a
Cumulative Reserve Fund for the accumulation of resources to
finance a new storage tank and other purposes as recommended by the
Beard' s Cove Homeowner's Association or the Utilities Division and
approved in Public Hearing by the County Commissioners.
Whereas, two dollars ($2 .00) of the Fourteen dollar ($14.00)
monthly water rate fee as established in Resolution No® 45-92 and
described in Sections 1. 02 and 1. 03 thereof, is to be set aside
into a reserve fund®
Therefore, be it resolved, by the Board of Mason County
Commissioners that fund number � 3130 be established as
Cumulative Reserve Beard' s Cove Water System to meet the above
mentioned needs.
The Mason County Treasurer is hereby directed to invest any surplus
monies in this fund for the maximum production of revenue®
