COMMUNITY MOBILIZATION BUDGET
SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION BUDGET ® NOTICE OF HEARING
WHEREAS, by reason of conditions which could not be foreseen at the time of of
making the budget for the year 1992, it is necessary to make provision for supplemental
appropriations to the budget as required by RCW 36.40.100, due to revenue received
from ESD #113 for the "Youth at Risk" Conference.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Mason County Commissioners
that the 12th day of May, 1992 at the hour of 9:15 AM, the Board of Mason County
Commissioners at Courthouse Building 1, Shelton,Washington, be and the same is hereby
fixed as the time and place for a public hearing upon the matter of the supplemental
appropriation to the budget for the Community Mobilization, the estimated amount of
$1,750.00, for the above-mentioned purposes, and the Clerk of the Board be and hereby
is authorized, empowered, and directed to cause notice of such hearing to be published
as provided by law.
