WHEREAS, in the judgement of the Board of Mason County Commissioners,
Mason County is in need of additional property for future office expansion;
and,
WHEREAS, the property was appraised and the sales price of this real
estate is fair and equitable; and,
WHEREAS, Simpson Employees Federal Credit Union, property owner, has
signed a letter of agreement dated March 16, 1992, and shall execute a
Statutory Warranty Deed for the purpose of sale at the time of closing.
THEREFORE, it is the recommendation by the Mason County Engineer that
Mason County purchase the two lots located on the corner of 6th and Alder,
Shelton, Washington, in Block C, Lot 3, David Shelton's 1st Addition and Block
C, Lot 4, David Shelton's 1st Addition.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mason County Engineer be
authorized to make said purchase.
