Amending Res. 67-88 Authorizing an Agreement with Washington Counties Risk Pool RESOLUTION NO. 34-92 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF MASON COUNTY COMMISSIONERS AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 67-88 which authorized and directs the Board of County Commissioners to enter into an agreement with the Washington Counties Risk Pool. NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Board of the Mason County Commissioners, as follows: 114. As required by the proposed Bylaws of the Pool, the Board of Mason County Commissioners hereby appoints Michael D. Gibson as the County's representative and Christine Freed, Budget Director, as the County's acting alternate representative to the Board of Directors of the Pool, appoints Christine Freed as the acting Risk Manager, and appoints Christine Freed as the acting County Safety Officer. The County's representatives are hereby authorized to exercise the County's voting rights in the Pool pursuant to the terms of the Agreement and Bylaws and to act on behalf of the County with respect to all matters pertaining to the Pool.", is HEREBY AMENDED TO READ: 4. As required by the proposed Bylaws of the Pool, the Board of Mason County Commissioners hereby appoints Laura E. Porter as the County's representative and William O. Hunter/Michael D. Gibson as the County's acting alternate representatives to the Board of Directors of the Pool, appoints the Budget Director/Personnel Coordinator as the acting Risk Manager, and appoints the Facilities and Grounds Coordinator and the Public Works Maintenance Engineer as the acting County Safety Officers. The County's representatives are hereby authorized to exercise the County's voting rights in the Pool pursuant to the terms of the Agreement and Bylaws and to act on behalf of the County with respect to all matters pertaining to the Pool.
