WHEREAS, the Board of Mason County Commissioners has negotiated specific
holidays with the bargaining units representing the Mason County employees,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the following is the approved 1992
holiday schedule for Mason County employees.
New Year's Day (First Day of January) January 1
Martin Luther King Jr. Day (Third Monday of January) January 20
Lincoln's Birthday (Twelfth day of February) February 12
Washington's Birthday (Third Monday of February) February 17
Memorial Day (Last Monday of May) May 25
Independence Day (Fourth day of July) July 3
Labor Day (First Monday in September) September 7
Veterans' Day (Eleventh day of November) November 11
Thanksgiving Day (Fourth Thursday in November) November 26
Day Immediately Following Thanksgiving November 27
Christmas Day (Twenty-fifth day of December) December 25
Floating Holiday
