WHEREAS , Michael C. and Judy H. Madden , owner of tack 37 , Division
6 , Plat of Fawn take have made application with the Mason County
Board of Commissioners r ues t;inq an alteration of said. Plat;
WHEREAS, RCW 58 A 17 . 215 -- Alteration of Subdivision sion .... Procedure ,
provides a method by which a person interested in he alteration o
any subdivision or the altering of any portion thereof may proceed;

WHEREAS , the Maddens wish to purchase a small triangular portion of
property adjacent to Cedar Park turnaround and abutting Lot #37
which is a. Cart. of Lot 136 an unimproved private road. Said
portion is l24tt. l50 t. x59 . 10ft , and has been maintained by the
Maddens who wish to obtain ownership of said piece
WHEREAS , the application contains the signatures of the ma:toa:1_ty of
those persons having an ownership Interest, in Division 6 along with
unanimous approval of the Fawn Lake Hainte;.enance Commission
WHEREAS , glee Mason County Board of Commissioners did notify the
effected landowners;
WHEREAS ,S , a public hearing was held on November- 16, 1993 at. 7 : 30RIt
in the Commission Chambers ;
WHEREAS , after due consideration it appears to be in Cale best
public interest to approve the request, made by Michael C. and Judy
M. Madden; NOW THEREFORE
E IT RESOLVED that the Board authorizes the alteration of lot,
136 ( an unimproved private road ) . The alteration includes a
triangular piece , being 150ft. "24ft, x59 . 10ft. and shovui on the
attached drawing .
