BUDGET TRANSFER - Personal Health/Nursing
WHEREAS, a request has been received from Personal Health/Nursing for a
transfer of funds; and
WHEREAS, there are funds available within the Personal Health/Nursing budget
to accommodate said transfer; and
WHEREAS, the request appears to be reasonable and necessary;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Board of Mason
County Commissioners that the following amount(s) be transferred:
SEE ATFACHMENT A
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mason County Auditor be authorized to
make necessary transfer entries affecting the Personal Health/Nursing Budget.

RE: RESOLUTION FOR PERSONAL HEALTH #13900
Regarding our phone conversation, Jovita Cole has not
returned to her position entirely. Flu season being what it
is we kept Nancy Carey on for the month of October and the
first two weeks of November as needed extra help. Their
isn' t a problem budgetwise and Jo should be recovered by
then. Money will need to be transferred as follows :
