BUDGET TRANSFER - CONVENTION CENTER
WHEREAS, a request has been received from the Convention Center for a transfer
of funds; and
WHEREAS, there are funds available within the Convention Center budget to
accommodate said transfer; and
WHEREAS, the request appears to be reasonable and necessary;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Board of Mason County
Commissioners that the following amount(s) be transferred:
SEE ATTACHMENT A
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mason County Auditor be authorized to
make necessary transfer entries affecting the Convention Center budget.
APPROVED this 26th day of October, 1993.

Request to transfer $3,500.00 from 12500 10 30 Extra
Help/Salaries & Wages to the following:
12500 45 10 Operating Leases $2,000
12500 47 120 Utilities $1 ,000
12500 63 10 Machinery & Equip $500
1 only hired our summer youth crew through August 6th instead of a
full 2 weeks each after their JPTA time ran out. This resulted in a
little extra money that could be used to pay our Port of Shelton
Lease due in December, utilities, and 4th Quarter Convention Center
Sales Tax that will be due to the Dept. of Revenue.
