COUNTY ROAD CLOSURE
Lynch Road - 15500
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to RCW 47.48.010, the LYNCH ROAD,
County Road Number 15500, shall be closed to all through traffic from 7:00 A.M,
November 20, 1993, to 5:00 P.M. , November 22, 1993, to facilitate the Burlington
Northern Railroad Company in the repair of their tracks which cross Lynch Road
at Mile Post 0.73.
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners have declared
the above described road closure a public necessity to facilitate the repair of
the railroad tracks, and that the unrestricted use of said road during the
planned construction is considered dangerous to traffic.
THEREFORE, the County Engineer is hereby ordered and authorized to proceed
as prescribed by law.
ADOPTED this 12th day of October, 1993.
