On-Site Sewage System Recorded under Auditor File#2030234,on September 19,2014,are hereby Revoked.
The conditions upon which the specific requirements were based have been remedied and no longer apply.
Operation and maintenance of the on-site sewage treatment and disposal system must be done in accordance
with the Mason County On-Site Standards,the Mason County Board of Health On-Site Sewage Regulations and
Washington State Ad ' istrative Code:246.272A On-Site Sewage Systems.
