(Renaming that portion of County Road No. 15500
that was by-passed by CRP 1227)
WHEREAS, on September 14, 1993, the Board of Mason County Commissioners did
have prepared and published a Notice of Hearing indicating their intent to
consider changing the name of that portion of the Lynch Road which is being by-
passed by the new road construction (CRP 1227) .
WHEREAS, said hearing was held on September 28, 1993, and public input was
received; and,
WHEREAS, it appears to be in the best interest of the citizens of Mason
County to rename the by-passed portion of the Lynch Road (Mile Post 4.09 to Mile
Post 4.94) .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners,
that the by-passed portion of the Lynch Road be renamed as follows:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Engineer is hereby directed to erect
the necessary signs to enact this resolution.
