RESOLUTION NO.
ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY PLANS
PICKERING ROAD
COUNTY ROAD PROJECT 1384
WHEREAS, right of way acquisition procedures of Mason COUDtv require that
the Board Of County Commissioners approve road design drawings prior to right-Of-
way acquisition; and
WHEREAS, in the past, the road right-of-way plans have been approved by the
Board of COUOtv CO00is81OD8r3 and executed by the Chairperson of the Board, in
a 24" X 36" 0ylar form; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works now has the capability ofproducing
computer drawings of the road right-of-way plans in a paper form; and
WHEREAS, for right-of-way 8CQUiSitiODs purposes, it is »dVaOtGg8UU8 for the
Board of County Commissioners to approve the right-of-wayplans; thereby allowing
the Department Of Public Works to proceed With right-of-way appraisals and
acquisition.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Mason County
Commissioners hereby approve the Road Right-of-Way Plans for the proposed
CVDutrUCtioD on Pickering Road (County Road No, 28850) , County Road Project No.
1384.
